All our products are delivered digitally (PDFs, guides, mantra packs, downloadable content). Once purchased and downloaded, these **cannot be refunded**, exchanged, or canceled.
If a payment is completed but the file is **not accessible due to technical issues**, you may request support. We will resolve it by providing access again. This is not a refund, this is **re-activation of access**.
If you were charged twice accidentally, you can raise a dispute directly via Razorpay dashboard → Payment issue. We will assist with evidence if needed.
